Refund policy
We want you and your dog to feel confident ordering Inner Stellar. You may return a single jar in your first order for a refund within 30 days of delivery, so long as the jar is unopened and in the same condition you received it. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
To start a refund, simply email us at returns@innerstellarpet.com. If your request is approved, we will process a refund back to your original payment method.
You will receive a refund of the jar value, less $5 to help cover processing costs. You do not need to send the product back to us. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order cancellations
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once you have received your confirmation email.
If you would like to stop or adjust an upcoming shipment, please make sure to cancel or modify your subscription before your next order is processed. You can do this anytime in your account portal or by emailing us at
returns@innerstellarpet.com.
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. We provide an
account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few clicks.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Opened products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are happy to provide a replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. For other exchanges, please contact us at returns@innerstellarpet.com and we will walk you through the options.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Timing
Once your refund is approved, the credit will be sent to your original payment method within about 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still do not see it, please contact us at returns@innerstellarpet.com.
Policy Updates
We may adjust our guarantee and refund policy from time to time. The version that applies is the one in place at the time you made your purchase.
